3.3 Verification. ph18 may require you to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. 3.5 Corporate Accounts. ph18 accounts may only be registered by natural persons. Accounts registered in the name of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity are not permitted.

4.3 You agree to notify ph18 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your ph18 account. ph18 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 ph18 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. ph18 will notify the account holder of any such suspension via their registered contact details.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. ph18 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. ph18 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Players will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fee.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 7.1 All games available on the ph18 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.
7.2 Game Outcomes. The outcomes of all games on the ph18 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. ph18 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify ph18 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. ph18 will investigate all disputes in good faith and its decision shall be final and binding.

9.1 All content on the ph18 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of ph18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph18 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph18 content.
9.3 The ph18 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph18. You may not use any ph18 trademark without prior written consent.

10.3 ph18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph18 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph18's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.2 Age Restriction. ph18 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. ph18 employs robust age verification measures and will immediately suspend any account where there is reason to believe the account holder is under 21 years of age.
